Preparation!
At East Shore all parts undergo a thorough preparation process, beginning with a mild alkaline wash. If necessary, parts are stripped, using a formula which is safe for your the surfaces or your parts. Parts are then uniformly media blasted. Surfaces are masked when necessary, prior to blasting. Next, all media is removed from any openings or fittings and completely washed from the surface of the parts. Parts are then out-gassed and washed. Finally, parts are sprayed with an iron phosphate solution to prevent rust and improve adhesion.
Powder!
Choose from hundreds of colors and textures. Mirror and texture finishes are available as well as translucent and metallic effects! Not sure if your color is available? Contact us to find out about color matching!
Polishing!
A truly dramatic effect can be achieved by combining powder coat and polish. Coat your motorcycle cylinders and heads. Then really make them POP with polished fins! We will coat up your car's valve covers and polish your raised lettering!
