What is Powder Coating?
Powder Coating is an environmentally safe, advanced finishing method. In this process a highly decorative and protective coating is applied to a wide range of industrial and commercial metal products.
In the powder coating process an electrostatic charge is given to the powder. At the same time, the item to be coated will be attached to a ground wire. The powder is then sprayed onto the item. The coated part is placed in a curing oven, where the powder will heat and fuse into a smooth uniform coating.
